When providing you with a Slovak ready-made company, we take care of the
- preparation of all necessary documentation to effect the changes in ready-made company
- organisation of the General Meeting approving all the changes in the company further to our clients requirements
- acting on behalf of the company before state authorities
- filling of the documents to the Commercial Register and assistance with the registration of the changes in the company
- certified translations
- issuance of trade licences (if requested)
- corporate income tax registration (obligatory) and VAT registration (optional)
