Společnosti Online s.r.o. prepared new diversification of nominee services i.e. provision of nominee members of statutory or supervisory bodies of clients’ commercial companies.

From October 2009 clients can take advantage of nominee shareholder in limited liability company (in Czech language: společnost s ručením omezeným – s.r.o.).

The purpose of further diversification of nominee services is reaction to higher demand for protection of anonymous ownership of limited liability company. When the protection of anonymity of ownership was required our clients used only joint stock companies with bearer shares.

Use of foreign company as a nominee shareholder in limited liability company enables not only the protection of anonymity of ownership but it enables also the creation of a certain kind of image structure of the company.

The clients can use the nominee shareholder in their company but more than that. There is a possibility to simultaneous use of nominee shareholder and nominee director of the company.
