Market research in the field of ready-made firms

In May 2008 INCOMA Research (part of GfK Group), an agency specialised in marketing research in central-European B2B markets, carried out an analysis of companies which offer ready-made companies. The objective of the research was to learn the business outcome of each individual company and to evaluate the level of the quality of offers and sales.In 2007, 22 969 new limited companies were incorporated in the Czech Republic and 4 325 joint-stock companies. The number of ready-made companies is represented by 8 %. Mr Radovan Mužík, a partner of INCOMA Research, said that according to their results over 2000 so called ready-made firms were sold last year. More then 750 were sold by Společnosti Online, followed by Chamr & Partners (365 firms) and Smart Office & Companies (272).
The categories judged in 7 top firms were: speed of handling the demand, level of communication and mystery shopping was used to find out the quality and professionalism during personal meetings. The best result was again reached by Společnosti Online, as confirmed Radovan Mužík.
